Postcard - Three Lucky Cats "Let Me Give You Good Fortune"
“Let me give you good fortune.” That is the message on this postcard from Craftman House, in Japanese: anata ni fuku o agemashō, with fuku, the character for good fortune, brushed in red. Below it, three maneki neko sit shoulder to shoulder with their eyes closed in contented smiles, wearing bells at their collars, while gold coins and dots of colour float overhead. Send it to welcome a new year or a new business, or to wish someone a stroke of luck.
Features
Crisp ink outlines with touches of red, gold and grey give the card a cheerful, hand-painted feel, set against plenty of open white space. Like the rest of Craftman House’s illustrated postcards, it pairs simple drawings with warm words, and leaves the back free for your own message.
