Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we exclusively ship within Canada and to the United States. 

Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio in Coquitlam, BC. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Canada
• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $150 CAD.
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15 CAD for orders under $150 CAD.
United States
• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $200 CAD (approx. $145 USD).
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $20 CAD (approx. $15 USD). 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Orders)
All orders shipped to the United States are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In practice, most orders under $800 USD are not subject to customs duties under the U.S. de minimis threshold. 
However, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mizu Space is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs processing. 

Our Packaging Philosophy
In the spirit of wabi-sabi and mindfulness, we use minimal, eco-friendly, or upcycled packaging materials whenever possible. We ensure that all items — especially our ceramics and fragile crafts — are securely wrapped to arrive safely at your door. 

Damaged Items
We meticulously pack every order to ensure its safe journey. However, we understand that fragile items may occasionally be damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mizuspace.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged item and the original exterior packaging. We will review the issue promptly and make it right, whether that means arranging a replacement (subject to availability) or issuing a full refund. 

Shipping Delays & Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or local delivery errors. If your package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for an extended period and is not marked as delivered), please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and find a resolution. 
However, Mizu Space cannot be held liable for packages that are marked as “Delivered” but are lost or stolen from your porch or mailbox. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
