Porcelain Parent and Child Sheep
2027 is the Year of the Sheep, and this small pair from Craftman House welcomes it as a family: a parent sheep with a little one beside it, set together on a display board. It makes a gentle New Year decoration for a shelf or entryway, and a thoughtful gift for a family with a child born in the Year of the Sheep.
Features
Craftman House is the original ornament line of Kanesan Shoten, a company founded in 1893 in Seto, Aichi Prefecture, a city with more than a thousand years of ceramic history. Its figures pair traditional techniques with a modern sensibility.
The two sheep are made of porcelain, with a smooth, clean finish that suits both a traditional New Year arrangement and a contemporary interior.
