"Laughing Out Loud" Sheep with Folding Screen, Small
Some New Year wishes are best delivered with a laugh. Ryukodo’s small sheep for 2027, the Year of the Sheep, greets the year in exactly that spirit, set before a little folding screen as if posing for its own New Year portrait. Place it on a shelf, a desk or by the entryway and let the year begin in good humour.
Features
The sheep is covered in chirimen, the finely crinkled crepe traditionally used for Japanese ornaments, here made from rayon crepe. The folding screen behind it frames the figure like a miniature New Year display.
Each piece is made by hand, so every sheep has its own look and feel.
