"Colours of Peach" Rabbit Hina Dolls, Pair
Each year on 3 March, families in Japan celebrate Hinamatsuri, the Doll Festival, also known as the Peach Festival, by setting out hina dolls to wish their daughters health and happiness. This small pair from Craftman House reimagines the emperor and empress dolls as rabbits, dressed in soft peach tones to match the season. It brings the spirit of the festival to a shelf or entryway without the space a full tiered display requires.
Features
The two ceramic rabbits sit together on their own display board, so the arrangement is ready to set out as soon as it comes out of the box. Their gentle colouring and compact size suit both a traditional celebration and a modern home.
