Postcard - Playful Cats "Good Fortune to You"
“Let me give you good fortune.” That is the message brushed across this postcard from Craftman House, in Japanese: anata ni fuku o agemashō. Around the words, a tumble of cheerful cats stretch, curl and play, while little gold coins and dots of colour scatter across the page like confetti. It is a lively way to send good wishes for a new year, a new venture or simply a brighter day.
Features
Bold ink strokes and patches of red, gold and pink give the card an energetic, hand-painted feel, set against a lightly speckled background. Like the rest of Craftman House’s illustrated postcards, it pairs simple drawings with warm words, and leaves the back free for your own message.
