Postcard - Happy Cat "When You Smile, I'm Happy"
“When you smile, I’m happy.” That is the message brushed onto this postcard from Craftman House, in Japanese: anata ga warau to watashi wa ureshii, with the word for smile picked out in red. Below it, a round maneki neko sits on a red cushion, eyes closed in a broad grin, a bell at its collar and a red ribbon looping behind. It is a small, cheerful note for anyone whose smile makes your day.
Features
Loose ink lines and touches of red and gold give the card a relaxed, hand-painted feel, set against a lightly speckled background. Like the rest of Craftman House’s illustrated postcards, it pairs simple drawings with warm words, and leaves the back free for your own message.
