"Laughing Parent and Child" Sheep with Folding Screen
For a New Year display that sets the tone for the whole room, Ryukodo places a laughing parent and child sheep before a folding screen, welcoming 2027, the Year of the Sheep, together. The pair makes a cheerful centrepiece for a sideboard or entryway, and a fitting gift for a family starting the year in good spirits.
Features
Both sheep are covered in chirimen, the finely crinkled crepe traditionally used for Japanese ornaments, here made from rayon crepe. The folding screen stands behind them like the backdrop of a traditional New Year arrangement.
Each piece is made by hand, so every set has its own look and feel.
